General FAQ

How should I feed these to my dog?

Intended as a treat or reward, not food. Supervise your dog while eating to ensure treat is broken into small pieces of an appropriate size for your dog before consuming. If treat is consumed quickly and in large pieces, there is risk of choking or gastrointestinal blockage. Color transfer may occur.

How do I store my treats?

Our treats are kept freshest at room temperature. DO NOT freeze or refrigerate our products. Freezing/refrigerating can cause their cute designs to crack and can put moisture back into the treats that can incur molding.

What is the shelf life of your dog treats?

Our standard cookie has a 24 month shelf life from the time of baking. Our cake or brownie based treats have a shelf life of 15 months from time of baking.

Where are your treats made?

All of our cookies are baked and shipped from London Ontario, Canada!

Are BNR cookies safe for my dog?

Our dogs are family, and the safety and quality of our gourmet dog treats is incredibly important to us.

All of the ingredients in our cookie and frosting recipes are locally sourced, human-grade, and recognized as safe by the US Food and Drug Administration and approved for use in animal food by the Association of American Feed Control Officials, which regulates pet food in North America.

All BNR gourmet dog treats and Cookie Boxes are produced and packaged in accordance with recognized manufacturing practices and all federal, state, and local regulations.

We humans enjoy a fun treat or sweet indulgence as part of our own fulfilled lives, and the same goes for our dogs - our cookies are meant to be given as a treat, and should never replace your dog's regular, balanced meals.

Where are the ingredients?

You can find a full listing of our cookie and frosting ingredients, as well as calorie content and Guaranteed Analysis, on each product page as well as on our dedicated ingredients page.

Our frosting is a yogurt-based, dog-friendly confectionery coating, safe for dogs and appropriate for a treat. The frosting ingredients are sugar, palm kernel oil, soy lecithin, vanilla, dried whey, and food coloring. We use both natural and artificial food coloring, all of which are recognized as safe by the US Food and Drug Administration and approved for use in animal food by the Association of American Feed Control Officials, which regulates pet food in North America. If your preferences are to shop all-natural - please look out for the '100% all-natural' badge located on each product page of cookies that qualify.

SHIPPING FAQ

What are your shipping timelines?
+

After placing your order, please allow for 24 hours to complete fulfillment. For larger orders (24 items or more) please allow for 4 days for your order to be fulfilled.

Once your order is fulfilled, please allow for 5 - 8 business days for transit.

My order is taking a long time, is it lost?
+

If your tracking link shows no movement from the time your order fulfillment is complete, reach out to your sales rep and we will place a trace on your package. If there is no movement for 15 days on the tracking link, the order is considered lost and BNR will re-ship your entire order. If your order has also experienced damage, please reach out to your sales rep to claim your damages for store credit.

Where can I find my tracking link?

You will find your order tracking number in the shipping notification email you received from us. You can also find your tracking number on your BNR profile under Orders. If you have trouble finding it, send us a message and we will be happy to help you!

My order has a lot of melted/broken cookies.

Oh no! We understand broken cookies happen and we are here to help! Please reach out to your sales rep with your order # and pictures of the damage. Damages cannot be claimed after your order has been marked as delivered for more than 36 hours. You will be credited the full wholesale value of the cookies that are damaged and issued a gift card with the store credit for your next order!

Only some of my order is here. Where is the rest?

We often will split ship orders as product becomes available to get you the product as fast as we can! You can reach out to a sales rep for an update on the rest of your shipment!

You can also access the tracking information for the 2nd half of your order on your account page in your profile.

How do returns and refunds work?

BNR is not able to accept product back into our facility once it has left to maintain health and safety regulations. We offer store credit for all refunds/damages incurred.

What is Autoship?

Bosco and Roxy's Autoship is perfect for making sure you have a consistent, fresh supply of BNR for your location! Is it a re-occuring subscription program that delivers your store their cookies whenever a new collection comes out!

Autoship comes in one large shipping box with 10 hand-picked SKUs, the quantity in each box can vary from 10 - 46 treats based on cookie shape and size. Please refer to our website for case count and MSRP info. Autoship also includes 2 of our exclusive SKUs!

What are the perks of Autoship?

I'm worried I won't be able to sell all the cookies. Is Autoship for me?

We understand! A total of 12 cases of product will be in an Autoship box. Each box is themed to the season! Autoship will deliver every 4-6 weeks!

We reccomend Autoship customers to have a bakery case or larger in terms of display in order to display all SKUs that will be in your shipment.

However, if you don't have a bakery display, that is no worries! Reach out to your sales rep for creative ways to move the product with your store's foot print! Add on services, wrapped BOGO's and effective ways to save on space, is our specialty!

Can I cancel my Autoship?

Yes! If you find Autoship is not working for your store, you can cancel at any time. Please note you will not receive the discount benefits, early access, and exclusive SKUs that come with being enrolled in the program.

You must reach out to your sales rep to cancel your Autoship program.
